Norbert Pierre

Norbert Pierre is a financial economist in the Commercial Credit Risk Analysis Division at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

Prior to joining the OCC in 2015, Dr. Pierre was an assistant professor of finance at Youngstown State University. Dr. Pierre earned his Ph.D. in finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York.

Dr. Pierre's research interests include principal-agent theory, behavioral economics, network economics, algorithmic fairness and systemic risk.
