OCC Deputy Comptroller Testifies on Responsible Lending

DETROIT — Deputy Comptroller for the Central District Bert A. Otto testified today about improving responsible lending to small businesses before the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations of the House Committee on Financial Services.
