Digital Assets Licensing Applications

This table lists pending licensing applications to the OCC for new (de novo) national bank charters or conversions to national banks received from entities planning to offer digital asset products or services, including crypto-assets.

For additional application details, search by applicant name in the OCC’s Corporate Applications Search (CAS) tool. The table will be updated to add new digital asset applications that are received.

For new national bank applications, the public portion of the application is provided. (Note: Applications to convert to a national bank are not included as these applications are not subject to public comment.)
